PLEASE READ!!!I will work under the assumption that everything has been carefully reviewed and understood.
PAYMENT:All payments will be accepted only through PayPal.I use the 50/50 process, where half the cost must be paid upfront then the rest paid once I'm finished.I'll provide a very censored sample of the completed product once I'm finished, and you will receive the full uncensored piece AFTER all payments are complete.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary. Please do not pay the entire total in advance, it’s actually quite inconvenient for me.
EDITS:Upon request, I allow up to ONE major (pose/composition) change during the sketching stage and a few small detail changes. Add-ons/upgrades are also allowed as long as you can pay the difference.Once I begin the coloring process, only THREE minor changes and modifications are allowed, but any large changes will require additional costs. After shading and rendering, I will no longer allow any changes.REFERENCES:Regarding references, it would be really helpful if you could provide references of your character but it's not required. I can work with specific descriptions, sketches, and pictures but if you would like me to personally design your OC, it may cost extra depending on the complexity.Despite being able to work without references, they are still highly recommended to ensure the best quality and outcome!!
WAIT TIME/PROCESS:Your order may take 1-2 days to process.Approximately, the maximum time to fully complete the commission will be 2-3 months in case anything may arise. If you need to rush the drawing, it will require an additional fee depending on the set deadline.During the whole process, I will send updates of the sketch, line art, flat, and final. Feel free to request any additional updates if it's been awhile since I gave you one. After I receive confirmation on the sketch, there will be NO REFUNDS unless issued by me.However, if you cancel the order before the sketch confirmation, I can allow up to 25% of the cost back.In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. But 25% of the cost, at minimum, will be kept.Please be patient with me during the whole process!!
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable, that my skill level may not meet your request, or if the request violates my boundaries/concepts I will not do.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you desire a commercial product, please communicate with me via email, additional costs will be discussed.
I own ALL RIGHTS to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine or generator is absolutely PROHIBITED.
I am allowed to post on my social media (unless specifically requested otherwise) and include the artwork in my portfolio.
All listed prices are only the base price, understand that the price may fluctuate depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
Sharing and reposting is OK, but please CREDIT ME @azey.png
Once the finalized artwork is completed and all payments are transferred, I will email you a full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. (No physical product will be delivered.)
You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.
In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
